She started assisting behind the chair 16 years ago where she quickly realized she could combine her love for creating with growth and opportunity within the industry. She specializes in lived in color and blonding techniques that transform the looks of her guests. She makes sure to keep education as a high priority to give the very best results each time. When not in the salon you can find Kolbi catching a plane to her next adventure.
Megan

Megan has been making others feel beautiful for 17 years. She enjoys being able to provide multiple services behind the chair. From blonde & balayage looks to extensions & shorter hair styles. Salon education is really important to her and loves to help provide all the means for those around her to grow and succeed. Megan loves all thing fashion and family. When not in the salon/s you can find her adventuring with her husband and 2 boys.
Mikhaila
Born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Mikhaila specializes in blondes as well as dimensional and lived-in color! She enjoys all aspects of the hair industry and continuing her education. When she’s out of the salon, you can find her hanging with her dog, Molly, laying on the beach, or at Dunkin Donuts.
Samantha
Samantha was raised in the small town of Brooksville, FL and has always been passionate about hair from a young age. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the school Orlando. She loves being outside by any body of water but, also loves being a couch potato and enjoying her favorite shows and snacks. Her favorite women icons are Dolly Parton and Julie Andrews
Jaiden
Jaiden was born and raised in Canton Ohio, but has lived in Florida since she was 15.
She graduated DSC’s cosmetology program in 2022 and has been assisting @kristen.adalia at @suites.at.wildflowerhairco for the past year.
She enjoys many aspects of the hair industry but has a love for vivids, curly hair, and big transformations. When not in the salon she enjoys reading, buying books, and thinking about reading and buying books.
Ashlie
Ashlie was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from Daytona State Cosmetology where she built her love for all things blonde, dimensional, & lived in. Most of all, she loves making others feel confident through hair that radiates their true selves! When Ashlie is not in the salon you can find her at the beach relaxing or snuggled up on the couch watching Friends.
Deleshia
Deleshia was born and raised in upstate New York, she moved to Florida at 16 and graduated from Daytona State college in 2021. Which is where she found her love for blondes, brunettes, vivid colors, curly hair, mens & kids cuts. She loves to help everyone feel confident about themselves & their hair. When not behind my chair, you can find her at home with her two sweet dogs or working out at the gym.
