Wildflower Hair Co. Appointment & Guest Policy
At Wildflower, your time and experience are important to us, and we reserve your appointment time specifically for you. To respect our stylists’ schedules and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we have implemented the following policies:
No-Show / No-Call Policy
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment and fails to contact us, they will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy ensures fairness to both our stylists and clients who are waiting for availability.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
Guest & Children Policy
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are scheduled for a service as well. Our space is designed for booked clients only, and we want to give you and others the best salon experience possible.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services. However, we are committed to making any adjustments needed within the 7-day window.
